Amongst Coty’s many titles and credentials, his most cherished title is HUSBAND and FATHER. He believes that the foundation to becoming your best self is right under your roof. His life’s mission is the strengthen the family unit, one family at a time starting with his own.Coty has been married for 11 years and counting and enjoys spending family time being a loving husband and superhero to his daughters aka “Girl Dad.”

THE ROSE SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Rose Scholarship Fund is a fund designed to plant and sew seeds in the lives of individuals and families on the growth journey.
Coty believes in removing all barrier that prevent individuals (adolescents and adults) from being their best selves. He believes that lack of resources should not be the reason a person fails to reach new heights on their personal growth or higher learning journey.
In addition to donations, a percentage of every speaking engagement, book and apparel purchase is donated to The Rose Scholarship Fund to assist individuals and families financially on their growth journey.
THE COMMUNITY
Coty believes that it takes a village to raise a child, but he also believes that it takes a village to heal a nation.
He has built a community of like minded professionals on a mission to heal, grow and empower.
He believes that personal growth and mental health are topics that needs to be taken extremely seriously in our communities and applied to everyone’s daily lives.
Proactive approaches to personal growth and mental health, requires a certain mindset and lifestyle change of positive thinking and living habits.
